It is our task to apply our creativity and expertise to your particular problem in order to find the best solution. We do this by getting all the details from you right from the start regarding your desired solution, as well as keeping you in the loop the whole time.

Generally we prefer to get all the information and material we need from you before starting any work and then get back to you with our solutions and/or prototypes for you to approve. Pending your approval we then freeze the requirements and go away and implement these solutions, making sure to keep you up to date with the progress. By doing this we make sure that you get the best solution to suit your needs.

Of course we have, and will, also work under other circumstances and requirements, but the method described above has frequently proved itself to be the best solution for everyone.

We also ask that you appreciate that we do not generally share too much of the design whilst in the middle of the creative process as it may affect the final solution.

Creativity is at its best when all the requirements are known beforehand and all ideas are allowed to evolve naturally into the end result.
